Previously, the company took 18-24 months to launch a new liquor brand. Now it has reduced it to 6-9 months. Recently the company launched brands like Royal Challenge American Pride, Johnnie Walker Blonde. This has increased the visibility and profitability of the company in the market. Moreover, the company has also acquired many small businesses.

Value of Diageo’s brands

Diageo has many famous liquor brands. The revenue of McDowells, Royal Chanel and Johnnie Walker has been Rs 1,000 crore. The revenue of Signature, Blackdog, Black and White is Rs 500 crore. Not only this, there are many brands whose cases are sold for more than Rs 10 lakh. These include McDowell No. 1, Royal Challenge, Johnnie Walker, Black Dog, Black and White, Signature and DSP Black.
