Theft at a watch showroom in Indirapuram
Thieves broke into an expensive watch showroom in Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram and stole watches worth around Rs 3 crore. To open the showroom in the morning, the manager of the showroom raised the shutter and found that the shutter had been pulled down. The owner of the showroom immediately informed the police after seeing the shutters uprooted. After the information, the police reached the spot and started investigation after the complaint of the showroom owner.
Thieves have stolen watches worth around Rs 3 crore from a watch showroom called Sai Collection in Ahimsa Khand 2, Indirapuram. This act of thieves was caught in the CCTV camera installed in the showroom. In the CCTV, it is clearly seen that 7 to 8 thieves have carried out the theft together. The company’s watches of different brands kept in the showroom were easily stolen by the thieves and taken away with them. A police post is also located a little away from the watch showroom. Despite this, thieves have carried out such a big theft in a roadside showroom.
Shyam Sundar Gupta, the owner of the showroom, said that a group of thieves entered the showroom by breaking the shutter at 4 pm. After which the expensive watches kept in the showroom were stolen. The entire incident of theft has been captured in the CCTV camera installed in the showroom. At present, after informing the police about the incident of theft, the police is conducting an investigation. The police have also called a forensic team to the spot which is conducting a thorough investigation by taking fingerprints.
