Special train from Delhi to Bihar
On festivals like Diwali, Dussehra and Chhath, people want to go to their village and family from distant cities. People waiting to celebrate the festival with their loved ones have booked their train tickets two months in advance. Now, for those who are behind in booking tickets, Indian Railways will run several special trains from Delhi to Bihar. These special trains will be run during festivals keeping in mind the crowd.
These special trains will run between Anandpur Terminal and Barauni. Apart from this, a special train for these festivals will also run between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Patna. Both the trains running during the festive season can provide some relief to people. This will enable people to get tickets and seats to reach their cities. It has also been announced to run a special train from Sirhind to Saharsa.
Ticket could not be confirmed
Railway officials said that many passengers had booked their tickets as the festive season was around the corner but their tickets could not be confirmed. In such a situation, they face many problems while traveling by train due to waiting. Even after paying for a confirmed ticket, the ticket is not confirmed, so the railways has decided to run festival special trains during the festive season.
When and how long will this special train run?
A special festival train will run between Anand Vihar and Barauni, this train will run on Sundays every week. The festival special trains will be started between October 6 and November 17. Hazrat Nizamuddin-Patna Special Train will run between October 7 to November 27. These special trains run by Rewal between Delhi and Bihar can provide some relief from congestion.
