The state party is going through internal strife. The battle for the seat has been fought between the two big leaders of the party, Kumari Selja and Bhupendra Singh Hooda. Meanwhile, Kumari Selja has clearly said that she wants to become the Chief Minister. Now the statement of MLA of Hooda camp has come out on this statement of Selja.

Congress is busy helping Dalits and Jats

In Haryana, Congress is trying hard to woo Dalits and Jats. Bhupendra Singh Hooda is the biggest Jat leader in the state while Kumari Selja is the Dalit face. Hooda is a strong contender for the CM post, while Selja’s statement could deepen the rift between him and Hooda. This kind of factionalism before elections can affect the party in some way.
