There are only 2 Cabinet minister posts in Maharashtra but there are 4 Minister of State posts, who really has a chance?

After the 18th Lok Sabha elections, finally today the NDA coalition government is being formed in the country. Senior BJP leader Narendra Modi took oath as the Prime Minister for the third time today. Along with Modi, 69 NDA MPs took oath for the Union Cabinet and Ministerial posts. Who will get a chance in the Modi Cabinet? Many people were curious about this. The interesting thing is that which MPs from Maharashtra will get the post of Cabinet Minister? There was curiosity about this. Finally, the picture is clear. The royal swearing-in ceremony of the Modi 3.0 government cabinet was held today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. In the swearing-in ceremony of the Modi 3.0 government, 6 MPs from Maharashtra took oath as ministers. Out of these, Maharashtra got 2 Cabinet Minister posts. While 4 posts of Minister of State were given.

In today’s swearing-in ceremony, Narendra Modi was the first to take oath as the Prime Minister. After Narendra Modi, Rajnath Singh took oath as the minister. Rajnath Singh has been elected MP from Lucknow Lok Sabha constituency thrice. Rajnath Singh was the Union Home Minister of the country from 2014 to 2019. After this, he has been the Union Defense Minister from 2019 to 2024.

After Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah took oath as minister. After Amit Shah, senior BJP leader from Maharashtra Nitin Gadkari took oath as Union Cabinet Minister. After this, Piyush Goyal, a leader considered close to Modi and MP from North Mumbai seat, took oath as Union Cabinet Minister. After this, 4 more MPs from Maharashtra took oath as ministers. But these four ministers got the responsibility of Minister of State and not Union Cabinet.

These MPs have been appointed as Ministers of State in Maharashtra

  1. Shiv Sena MP Prataprao Jadhav took oath as Union Minister of State today. Prataprao Jadhav has won the Buldhana Lok Sabha constituency three times in a row. Earlier, he had also scored a hat-trick of MLA. Prataprao Jadhav has now been nominated as Minister of State in the Union Cabinet.
  2. Raksha Khadse, BJP MP from Raver Lok Sabha seat, has also got a chance in the Union Cabinet under Modi’s leadership. Raksha Khadse has been elected MP for the third time. She has got a chance to become a Minister of State in the Modi Cabinet.
  3. BJP’s newly elected young MP from Pune Lok Sabha constituency Murlidhar Mohol has also got a place in the Union Cabinet. He has taken oath as Minister of State.
  4. RPI President Ramdas Athawale has also taken oath as Minister of State today. Ramdas Athawale was also the Union Minister of State for Social Justice in the previous Modi-led government. Now he has been nominated as Minister of State again.
