Delhi Police has arrested a youth who performed a stunt with a girl on a bike in Vikaspuri. The police traced the accused youth and girl within 24 hours with the help of CCTV cameras. In fact, a video of a young man doing stunts on a bike with a girl was going viral on social media, after which the police swung into action and started searching for the stunt youth. The traffic police caught the accused and issued a bike challan.
In the viral video from Vikaspuri, it can be seen that a young man is doing stunts with a girl on a bike. The girl was sitting on the tank of the youth’s bike and the accused youth was not even wearing a helmet. A car following the bike made a video in the morning, after which the video quickly went viral on social media.
Police came into action after the video went viral
The viral video is said to be from Vikaspuri. The vehicle number of the youth doing stunts on the bike was not clearly visible. After which the police found the person who made the video. On questioning the person traveling in the car, it was revealed that the incident took place on September 15. The person who made the video said during interrogation that he did not have the car number of the accused youth.
The police analyzed the CCTV footage
The police checked the CCTV cameras from Vikaspuri to Peeragarhi to catch the youth doing stunts on bikes. After this, the challan of the accused’s car was issued. However, according to the police, those committing such acts can face a fine of Rs 11,000 and one to six months in jail.

After watching the viral video, Special Commissioner Ajay Chaudhary instructed to take action. Additional Commissioner Dinesh Kumar said that the number of the bike was not clearly visible due to the light of the car falling behind. After checking the CCTV footage, action has been taken against the accused. Vehicle challans have also been done.
