A teacher who teaches at a private coaching institute in Bhagalpur, Bihar is again in the news. In the year 2019, he committed such an act with a student due to which a case was registered against him. Now again a student has filed a police complaint against him. A class 12 student alleged that teacher JP Ujala tortured her a lot for not doing her homework. The student said – due to this my health deteriorated. I went into depression. I don’t feel like studying anymore.
The incident took place at the World of Physics coaching class in Tatarpur Police Station area. A student studying here has lodged an application at the police station accusing her teacher of mental torture. The student accused the teacher and said- I did not come after doing my homework. Sir gave me a punishment which I will never forget. They kicked me out of class. I finished my homework outside and showed it to sir. But still they didn’t let me sit in the class.
50 sit-ups
The victim said – I then tore the homework page and placed it on her table and started leaving. So he stopped me. Said you have developed a lot of attitude. Then sir made me do 50 sit-ups in class, due to which my health started to deteriorate. But the teacher showed no mercy to me. After this I was kicked out of the class again. The student’s friend says that she is unable to study after the incident. For the last two days his legs are very painful. Due to which he is in depression. Now he is afraid to even come to class.
After the student complained about this to the police station, the Tatarpur police called the teacher JP Ujala to the police station. He has been asked to write an apology letter and also instructed to avoid such incidents in future. At the same time, when the TV9 Bharat Varsha team sought to know JP Ujala’s side on the matter, he did not give any statement. Just said – write whatever you want to write about me.
What happened in the year 2019?
A few years ago also a student filed a case against JP Ujala. In 2019, a student took her to a hotel and accused her of coercion. As the lodge was closed at night, the teacher forced the student to stay in the hotel after her birthday party. He took the student to the hotel on his bike. Meanwhile, he was forced to put his hand on his shoulder when he felt cold, in which an FIR was also registered at Mahila Police Station on the student’s statement. The case was in the headlines for several months. Now once again teacher JP Ujala is in the news due to his exploits.
