But this story was filmic. In real life also four constables of Khar Police Station of Mumbai Police are accused of a similar incident. When in the name of checking a person named Daniel, the policemen tried to trap him by placing a packet of drugs in his pocket. Not only this, the policemen also arrested him in a drug case. The police personnel also took Daniel into custody and took him to the police station.
The case is from Mumbai’s Khar police station area, where a police constable placed a packet of drugs in his pocket to arrest a man named Daniel. After this, the police arrested Daniel in a drug case. But Daniel continued to deny his involvement with drugs and the incident was captured on CCTV installed nearby as police personnel placed a packet of drugs in Daniel’s pocket.

But he didn’t know that his act was caught on CCTV camera. When Daniel stood his ground and the matter reached a senior officer, Daniel was released after checking the CCTV footage. An inquiry has been ordered against 4 police personnel.
The question was, why did the police do this?
According to information, Daniel Kalinam worked with a man named Shahbaz and owned a cattle farm. Some local leaders and some land mafias were keeping an eye on the place. There was a dispute about this. According to sources, for this reason, an attempt was made to intimidate and trap Shahbaz by implicating Daniel in a drugs case. Currently, the incident is being investigated on August 30.
