6 vehicles gutted in parking lot fire
A shocking incident has come to light in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Here a crazy lover broke into his girlfriend’s apartment and set fire to a scooter parked in the parking lot. Soon the fire broke out and spread to 6 other vehicles parked there. Due to which all these vehicles were burnt to ashes in no time. Initially, it was suspected that the incident happened due to a short circuit in the parking area. Later, when the CCTV footage was seen, the entire matter came to light, after which the police arrested the accused and seized his car.
The incident took place at Rajkamal Apartment in Patel Nagar, located in the heart of the city in the University Police Station area. The accused has been identified as Sanjay Kirar, a resident of Gudhi-Gudha Naka. The accused during police interrogation said that his girlfriend lives in this apartment. He had blocked his mobile number for many days. Several times he requested her to unblock him, but when he didn’t, he decided to teach his girlfriend a lesson.
The incident on the night of September 7
In this sequence he sneaked into the apartment on the night of September 7 and escaped by setting fire to his girlfriend’s scooter parked in the parking lot. As soon as the accused left the spot, the scooter caught fire and spread to other cars parked there. Fortunately, the security personnel stationed there immediately swung into action and saved the rest of the vehicles from the fire. The police reached the spot on receiving the information, after preliminary investigation, the police suspect that the fire may have started due to a short circuit.

People living here also agreed. However, later the entire truth of the incident came out after seeing the footage of the CCTV camera installed in the parking lot. After this, the police identified the owner of the accused car based on the number plate and then arrested the accused. According to Gwalior ASP Niranjan Sharma, the accused was arrested and after necessary interrogation was produced before the court, from where he was sent to jail for 14 days judicial custody. The police are investigating the matter.
