A case was being heard in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court. Then suddenly the judge got angry with the behavior of the lawyer. He scolded the lawyer in front of everyone in the court. He also warned and said – Do not even think of misbehaving in my court. If you misbehave in court, you will be held in contempt.
According to information, the court was hearing the death of three children due to drowning at the Rao IAS coaching centre. Judge Anju Bajaj Chandana told the lawyer, ‘Don’t even think that you can misbehave in my court. My staff tells me that you have been misbehaving with them since this morning.
The lawyer was representing the father of a student preparing for UPSC, who died after drowning at the IAS study circle in Old Delhi’s Rajendra Nagar. During the hearing on Thursday, Principal District and Sessions Judge Anju Bajaj Chandana warned advocate Abhijit Anand not to misbehave in his court.

The lawyer filed a petition on July 27 seeking directions to seek building approval plans for the basement and third floor of the building where the incident took place. According to ANI, his plea was marked for hearing before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM), but lawyer Abhijeet Anand insisted that the district judge should hear it. When the court transferred his petition to another court, he objected to it and asked the court to dismiss his petition.
‘It is my right to be heard’
Anand, representing J Delville Suresh, father of deceased Nevin Delville, told the court, ‘It is my right to be heard. I would like to present my arguments. However, when the court said that his petition has been sent to another court where related petitions are being heard, he insisted that the court either hear his plea or dismiss it.
