The victim’s aunt left SP and joined BJP in 2022. She was campaigning for Tirwa MLA Kailash Rajput in the assembly elections. He met Nawab Singh during his stay in SP. This seat was about 7-8 years old. Because of this acquaintance she went to meet Nawab Singh. According to the aunt, while returning from Lucknow, she went to meet Nawab Singh at his college. Talking to the media, the aunt said, ‘On the night of August 11, she was coming from Lucknow with her niece, around 10.30 pm. Nawab Singh’s mother had died, so she could not meet him. It was during the conversation with Nawab Singh that he went to the bathroom to wash his hands and feet.
