The fraudster took the money but illegally registered the government land. The youth alleged that the property dealer also took his wife with him. The victim told SP City that he was a resident of Kushinagar. The wife wanted to live in the city, so he brought his wife to Gorakhpur. Here the wife was living in a rented house in AIIMS area. He went abroad to earn good money. From there he regularly sent money to his wife. Wife used to talk everyday. During this time both decided to buy land in AIIMS area, build a house and start a business there.

The youth told the police

The youth said that when he spoke to the property dealer, he said that the land is there and you can get it for Rs 800,000. The victim said that I deposited the money in the account given by the property dealer and came and registered the land. After the registry the problem arose when I went to file the land deed. That land turned out to be sealing (government) land. Hearing this, the ground slipped from under my feet.

Not only that my wife had a horizontal relationship with a property dealer while doing the land deal. The wife took the side of the property dealer. On reaching the police station for action, the wife called the property dealer. He came to my rented house and took my wife with him. In such a situation I neither got my land nor my wife. While SP City has handed over the investigation of the case to CO Kent.

In this regard, SP City Krishna Kumar Vishnoi said that a complaint has been received from the victim youth. The investigation of the case has been handed over to CO Kent. The truth will come out soon. After which the police will take further action based on the evidence.
