R Madhav narrated the story of Shah Rukh Khan
Apart from creating a place in the hearts of the audience, Shah Rukh Khan has also created a distinct identity among the people of the Bollywood industry. Apart from his films, he has done a lot for people, for which people will always remember him. Recently one of his stories is going viral on the internet. In this video, R Madhavan is seen explaining about Shah Rukh Khan. This video is from 2 years ago i.e. the year 2022, when R Madhavan’s film ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ was to be released. During the promotion of the film, R Madhavan shared an anecdote about Shah Rukh Khan’s association with ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’, for which he did not take any money.
R Madhavan was in New Delhi to promote ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’. He said that Shah Rukh Khan himself asked him to do a role in the film. While sharing this incident, he said that Shahrukh Khan took an update from him about his film. After hearing which he asked him to act in the film. R Madhavan said, “Shah Rukh told me that I want to be a part of the film, any background role will work for me. At first I thought he was joking with me, but Shahrukh said he was not joking. Later I thanked him in the message itself, but after some time I got a call from his assistant.
Shahrukh did not take money for the role
His assistant asked R Madhavan about Shah Rukh Khan’s date on the call, even then he thought Shah Rukh Khan was joking. But later his assistant confirmed to me that Shah Rukh was not joking about the role in the film. R Madhavan said, “I cannot make Shahrukh Khan pass in the background in my film. However, there is one role in the film that is important.” His assistant then asked him how many dates he wanted. After everything was settled, Shah Rukh Khan played his character in Hindi and English in the film. R Madhavan said that Shah Rukh did not take any money for his costume and assistant. Shah Rukh Khan has played the role of a journalist in the film.
