Here a father was threatening and raping his own nine-year-old daughter. The victim told her mother about the incident two months later. The police produced the accused in the court for further questioning and remanded him in police custody for three days. In the complaint given to the police, the mother of the innocent girl said that she was not at home one day in the month of June. She left her nine-year-old daughter at home in the care of her husband. Meanwhile, seeing an opportunity, the husband threatened and raped the daughter. Since then her daughter did not mention the incident to anyone. So the morale of the accused husband increased. He repeated this incident over and over again.
Accused father on remand till August 30
According to the victim’s mother, now her daughter has informed her about the incident. According to the police, based on the complaint of the innocent girl’s mother, they immediately registered a case and arrested the accused. After medical examination of the girl, the accused was produced in court, from where he has been remanded in police custody till August 30. Currently, the police are interrogating the accused. Police said a case has been registered against the accused under various sections of the new law along with sections of the POCSO Act. After completion of the necessary interrogation, the accused will be produced again in the court and will be sent to jail.
