Now even in government secondary schools of UP, children will be given information about central and state government schemes. An order has been issued by the Director of Secondary Education in this regard. It will be implemented from this academic session. It will also be inspected from time to time by the department. State secondary schools have been mandated to conduct several programs before the commencement of classes.
According to the guidelines issued, prayer meetings will be organized daily for 15 minutes in secondary schools of the state, which will include Pledge, Good Thoughts, Question Forum, Main News and National Anthem. Besides, the students will also be told about new events that will make the country proud.
Students will write good ideas in school
As per the guidelines issued, gospel, main news and question forum questions and their answers will be written on the school notice board by different students every day. Under the Naya Savera programme, in week 2, education officials will interact with students in schools on life values, discipline, career, regular routine and many other related issues. In the programme, old school students and successful people in various fields will also be invited to interact with the children.
Information about government schemes will be given
Information about central government and state government schemes like Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Chief Minister Abhyudaya Yojana, Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana etc. will also be given to students in all government secondary schools of the state. All these programs are to be done regularly in a daily 15 minute prayer meeting.
Make in India will appear at board exam centres
The upcoming 10th and 12th board exam centers will also have a glimpse of Make in India. Whatever equipment will be installed at the examination centers for monitoring the examination will be indigenous. An order has been issued in this regard.
