The final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be held today. Team India and South Africa will face each other. The final match will be played at the Kensington Oval Stadium in Bridgetown Barbados at 8 pm local time in India. The team winning the final in this year’s T20 World Cup will become rich. The runner-up team will also get a good amount. The International Cricket Council had announced a mega prize money for this mega event.
The teams reaching the semi-finals will be given a uniform prize of Rs 6.54 crore ($787,500). That means Afghanistan and England teams will also get good money. This time a total of 20 teams participated in the T20 World Cup. Overall, every team has been given some amount by the ICC this time. The teams that fail to advance to the Super-8 (second round) will each get $382,500 (about Rs 3.17 crore).

Each team ranked ninth to 12th will get $247,500 (about Rs 20.57 crore). Each team ranked 13th to 20th will get $225,000 (about Rs 1.87 crore). A total prize money of $11.25 million (about Rs 93.51 crore) has been fixed for the T20 World Cup.
How many crores will the winning team get?
The winning team of T20 World Cup 2024 will get Rs 20.36 crore (2.45 million dollars). For the first time in the history of T20 World Cup, the winning team will get such a huge amount. The losing final i.e. the runner-up team will get Rs 10.64 crore (1.28 million dollars).
