Former Team India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has shared his amazing experience of going to Ayodhya. He said that the road from Lucknow to Ayodhya is amazing. We are used to potholes in Mumbai. Gavaskar also went to Hanumangarhi
The distance from Lucknow to Ayodhya is about 140 km, which takes about 2 hours to cover by car. Gavaskar, who reached Ayodhya on Thursday, also saw the ongoing construction work at the Ram temple. Not only that, he also went to Hanumangarhi and worshiped there. After having darshan of Hanumanji in Hanumangarhi, he met Champat Rai, General Secretary of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust at the trust office located in Sugriva Fort and spoke for about an hour.
‘Everybody should come for Ram Lala’s darshan’
After visiting Ramlala, he said that he is feeling better after coming to Ayodhya. Gavaskar said, ‘Feel blessed to see Ramlala.’ Gavaskar said that the Ram temple is a major center of faith for Hindus. Everyone should reach here for darshan of Ramlala. Veteran cricketer Gavaskar spoke to reporters at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeev Hospital of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust after having darshan of Ram Lalla.
Sunil Gavaskar left for Kanpur after having darshan of Lord Rama in Ayodhya. He had to reach Kanpur for commentary in the second match of the Test series between India and Bangladesh. He shared his experience during the commentary of this match.
