It is said that if you have faith in yourself, then even the impossible becomes possible. The story of the life of IPS officer Amit Lodha, who came into the limelight through web series, is something like this. There was a time in the life of IPS Amit Lodha, when he had wiped out many Naxalite gangs. Being a victim of depression, he was going to end his life. Suicidal thoughts kept coming to his mind. But, he showed courage. Self-confidence increased. On the strength of this belief, he proved himself.

IPS Amit did his schooling from St. Xavier’s School, Jaipur. After this, he took admission in IIT Delhi. Amit’s courage reached its peak while studying at IIT. His performance in mathematics was constantly declining. This poor performance alienated his colleagues. Amit was hurt by the bad behavior he was receiving. He gradually went into depression. This further worsened his academic performance. But, he did not give up. He maintained his confidence. He studied hard and excelled in mathematics.

While preparing for UPSC, Amit Lodha chose Mathematics as his main subject. He surprised everyone by choosing the same subject due to which he had started thinking of suicide. Amit not only scored good marks in Mathematics in the UPSC exam but also proved by securing a good rank that if the confidence is strong, then no field can last for long.

After passing the UPSC exam, he joined as IPS. His career was going through sweet and sour experiences. In 2005, he was posted in Sheikhpura, a newly formed district of Bihar. Where he had a big fight with the Mahato gang. But, due to Angi’s intelligence and bravery, he closed the chapter of that tribe. After this, he never looked back. After eliminating this gang, he became known as Super Cops in Bihar. Today he is counted among the senior IPS officers of Bihar. He says that he made a schedule to crack UPSC and followed it to crack the exam.
