A street dog was beaten to death in Kanpur

A case of brutally killing a voiceless dog has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur. Here a voiceless man was first brutally beaten and then dragged away tied to a scooter when he died. The video of this incident is going viral on social media. After the video went viral, an NGO in Kanpur has lodged a complaint with the Joint Commissioner of Police, Kanpur, requesting an inquiry into the matter and punishment of the accused.

But the case was shelved as information surfaced that the entire case was related to army personnel. In the viral video, one can clearly see three people tying the dog with a rope and beating it with sticks, in which one of the youths is wearing the uniform of an army man. In this case, Bezuban Foundation, an NGO in Kanpur, has filed a complaint with Harishchandra, Joint Commissioner of Police, Kanpur, requesting to investigate the culprits and punish the culprits.

Vivek Tiwari of Bezuban Foundation, Nawabganj, Kanpur, alleged that strict action should be taken against the brutal killing of the army jawan. He met the Joint Commissioner of Police and told that the incident was carried out by people in uniform of army personnel stationed in Kanpur Cantt near the golf club. In the video, the accused first tied the dog with a rope and beat it with sticks, then when it died, tied it to a scooter, dragged it and dumped it in the forest.

He made serious allegations like dog hunting

Apart from this, Vivek has also leveled serious allegations of dog hunting and shooting death against the alleged army personnel. In the whole matter, Joint Police Commissioner Harishchandra said that on the basis of the video, a conversation has been held with the army officials to investigate the matter and identify the guilty soldier. Further action will be taken as soon as their report is received.
