How actor Jeetendra Kumar went from being an engineer to being the secretary of Panchayat 3
Who doesn’t know Jitendra Kumar aka Jeetu Bhaiya? Jitendra Kumar, famous for the role of ‘Panchayat’ secretary, has made a distinct identity for himself in the world of Bollywood. Jitendra Kumar’s web series, who has made a name for himself in the Bollywood industry with his acting, is quite different from other actors. Apart from ‘Panchayat’, he has also given many great films and web series in his acting career, including the films ‘Chaman Bahar’, ‘Munna Jazbati: The Q Tiyappa Intern’, ‘Chikkake’, Kota Factory, ‘Dry Day’, is – Categories like ‘Shubh Mangal Jyada Sawdhan’, ‘TVS Pitchers’ are included.
Jitendra Kumar hails from a family of engineers.
Jitendra Kumar was born on 1 September 1990 in Khairthal, Rajasthan. His father is a civil engineer and most of his family members are engineers. Perhaps that is why his inclination was towards this. OTT superstar Jeetendra used to imitate Amitabh Bachchan and Nana Patekar as a child. He has also done a small role in ‘Ramleela’. He was busy with his studies from the beginning.
Passed JEE exam
Jitendra Kumar cleared the JEE exam, one of the toughest exams in the world. He took admission in IIT Kharagpur after clearing both JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Then following his father’s path, he pursued a B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Although he became an engineer, his interest was in acting.

Jitendra Kumar got an opportunity to learn acting while doing his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur. Through the programs organized in the college, he got opportunities to hone his acting skills. While doing plays, street plays and shows, one day he met Vishwapati Sarkar, executive creative director of Viral Fever. At that time Vishvapati was Jitu Bhaiya’s senior. He is credited with bringing Jeetendra to a big place in the world of acting.
Was unemployed for 3 months
After graduating in engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Jeetendra was unemployed for about 3 months. Then one day he got a job in a Japanese construction company based in Bangalore. During his tenure Jitendra was called by Vishwapati Sarkar for the TVF project. Jitendra Kumar quit his job for this project. She then acted in the ‘Munna Jazbati’ series and became a hit as soon as it was released. After this, he started getting good offers and in no time he got a distinct place in the acting world.
After that, Jeetendra started getting offers for films in Bollywood. Jeetu Bhaiya shared the screen with Ayushmann Khurrana in his very first Bollywood film. That movie is ‘Shubh Mangal Jyada Sawdhan’. His acting in this was highly appreciated. He was also well liked in his serial ‘Kota Factory’. From this series he became famous as Jeetu Bhaiya.
During the struggle days, he used to teach physics in coaching. He used to pay his room rent with that money. His parents were happy with his interest in acting, but he did not like to give up his job. However, during Jeetendra’s difficult days, his family supported him a lot.
