  • Adani Green Energy Share: The company said promoters HIBISCUS TRADE bought 1.27 per cent stake between July 30 and September 18. Promoters ARDOR INVESTMENT have bought 1.69 per cent stake between September 19 and September 23.
  • Greenlam Industries Share: The company told the exchange that it has formed a subsidiary in Bangladesh. The subsidiary will become a distributor and wholesaler of high pressure laminates and other paper products.
  • Ceat Tire: Shares of tyre manufacturer CEAT Tire could also rise today.
  • IDFC First Bank Action: The company informed the exchange that NCLT has approved the merger of IDFC Fin Holding with IDFC First Bank.
  • Cipla shares:The company told the bourse that it will buy a 6.9% stake from Jiangsu XiDi Pharma in the JV subsidiary. Jiangsu will buy a 6.9% stake from XiDi Pharma for Rs 3.58 Cr. The subsidiary holds a 93.09% stake in the joint venture with Jiangsu XiDi.
  • INFOSYS Share: The company said on the exchange that it has signed an agreement with POLESTAR to open a technology center in Bangalore.
  • The company’s shares fell one per cent and closed at Rs 14,550. The company told the exchange that CCI has approved the purchase of 80.74% of HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE.
  • UN Minda Share: The company told the exchange that it has signed an agreement with HYUNDAI MOBIS to manufacture licensed products.
  • JBM Auto Share: The company has established the JBM Electric Vehicles International Pte unit in Singapore to develop business in the electric vehicle automotive sector internationally. The entity to be acquired is in the automotive industry.
  • Zen Technologies Share: The company launched unprecedented remote-controlled weapons and surveillance systems to strengthen India’s defence capabilities.
  • HDFC Asset Management Share: The company told the exchange that its second-quarter results will be released on October 15.
  • Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals The company said on the exchange that it will launch new products.
  • SPICEJET Share: The company told the exchange that CARLYLE AVIATION sold a 1.42% stake in the company through the open market between September 17 and 23.
  • ONGC shares: The company will invest in ONGC PETRO. There will be an investment of Rs 10,501 crore.
  • Dividend Stocks: Vedanta will resume paying dividends. The decision will be made on October 8.
  • Borosil Renewables Share: The company said Clean Max will invest Rs 178.3 crore in Prithvi Pvt Ltd. CMPPL will develop and maintain a 16.50 MW hybrid solar-wind power plant, the power generated from which will be supplied exclusively to the company.
  • Hindustan Copper’s shareholding: The Company has recommended the proposed sale of all the assets of the Copper Ore Tailings Beneficiation Plant (COT) located at the Malanjkhand Copper Project, a unit of the Company, subject to shareholder approval and approval of the Government of India.
