A unique case has come to light from the session court of Yavatmal district in Maharashtra, where an accused approached the court seeking bail. After seeing the actions of the accused, the Sessions Court rejected his bail even before he got bail. The lawyer of the accused made every effort to get him bail, but the court did not prefer any plea and sent him to jail. This decision of the court is being discussed a lot.
In the case of theft, the accused reached the court for bail. His name is Manoj Jadhav. In the crime of theft, the accused was sentenced to a fine of one thousand rupees. After depositing the fine in the court, the accused got bail from the court, but the accused acted in such a way that the judge got angry and denied the accused bail. The accused had to go to jail because of his own act.

The name of the accused is Govinda Manoj Jadhav. Govind was sentenced to one year imprisonment and a fine of one thousand rupees in the first court of the Judicial Magistrate in the case of theft. In this matter, he appealed to the Additional District and Sessions Court on July 22. The court also granted bail to the accused. The accused was waiting for all the process in the waiting form. He then consumed gutkha and spat three times on the pillar of the waiting room of the court premises. Judge Hemant Satbhai immediately canceled the accused’s bail after seeing this act of Govind on the CCTV camera, due to which he had to go to jail again. Govind’s one mistake cost him dearly.
