SP leader Nawab Singh Yadav has been arrested for attempting to rape a minor

The party has distanced itself from SP leader Nawab Singh Yadav, who was arrested for trying to rape a minor in Kannauj. On Monday, the Kannauj district president issued a letter saying that Nawab Singh is not an active member of the party. On the contrary, the party has also accused the Nawab of anti-party activities. After this incident, the opposition has alleged that Nawab Singh was the representative of MP Dimple Yadav, but now the party has distanced itself from him.

Kannauj SP district president Kaleem Khan wrote in the letter that Nawab Singh has been involved in anti-party activities for the last 5 years. He alleged that the opposition parties were conspiring to malign the image of the party by associating the name of the Samajwadi Party with the accused. In such a situation I would like to say that the name of SP should not be associated with Nawab Singh Yadav.

The letter issued by the district president said that Nawab Singh Yadav is being described as a Samajwadi Party leader which is false. Nawab Singh Yadav was involved in anti-party activities for almost 5 years, he is not even an early and active member of the party. However, efforts are being made by some people to tarnish the image of the party which is a conspiracy. An attempt is being made to defame the party by calling him SP leader.
