Uttarakhand Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya met her old colleagues Kalpana Mishra alias Kalpana Chaturvedi and Dr. R.C. in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Pandey has filed a case against him. It is alleged that these two accused are not only using their position and reputation to bully people but extorting money from them. The accused have also installed red and blue lights on their vehicle along with the Uttarakhand government board.
On the complaint of Minister Rekha Arya, Bardari Police Station of Bareilly has registered a case under relevant sections against the accused. In the complaint given to the police, Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya said that the duo also stole Rs 7 lakh and a gold Rudraksha necklace from her house. Let us tell you that Minister Rekha Arya’s husband Girdhari Lal Pappu was working in property in Bareilly. Until recently, Kalpana Mishra and Dr. R.C. Had a good relationship with Pandey.
First allies now took a different path
At that time both were also partners in business. Later, when tension arose between them on some issue, the two separated. After this now Rekha Arya has filed a police complaint against both of them. After meeting the IG of Bareilly, Rekha Arya said that Kalpana Mishra and Dr. RC Pandey has affixed Uttarakhand government boards on his vehicles and threatened people by flashing red and blue lights.

Police registered a case and started investigation
He said that the accused have extorted money from many people in their name while maintaining dominance. He stated in his complaint that recently the accused had stolen Rs.7 lakh and a gold-studded Rudraksha necklace from him. Bareilly IG Rakesh Singh said that the police have registered a case based on the complaint. The police are investigating the case. Meanwhile, the police have issued a notice to the accused to give a statement.
