A fisherman’s hobby of becoming a snake charmer in Bihar’s Katihar district proved fatal for him. In the process of making a reel with poisonous snakes, he lost his real life. Due to the number of likes and comments on social media, the fisherman’s stunt with the poisonous snake became the latest stunt. The case is from Madhura village of Kodha block of Katihar. Where a snake got caught in the net of Sakaldev Mahaldar while fishing.

Sakaldev started performing stunts by pulling the venomous snake out of the net and the villagers started recording his stunts on their mobile phones. Meanwhile, the snake bit Sakaldev’s hand. After the snake bite, the family members first called Bhutia and then Sakaldev died while being taken to the hospital.

Lives lost due to exorcism

The video of Sakaldev doing tricks with the snake has now become a memory for the entire area. From which people need to take lessons. Local people said that as soon as he was bitten by a snake. Sakal Dev had to be rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment, but even today the roots of superstition in our society are so deep that people fall into panic. Due to this superstition Sakal Dev had to lose his life.

The medical officer in charge of this case Dr. Amit Arya said that a person suffering from snake bite should never become a victim of witchcraft. All possible medical treatment can save his life if he reaches the hospital in time. Let us tell you that son-in-law Sakaldev Mahaldar of village Madhura, resident of Purnia district is about 25 years old and he was living in his in-laws house by hard labor and fishing family. Like every day he went to the river Koshi with a fishing net. Meanwhile a venomous snake got caught in his trap.

After the exorcism, he was taken to the hospital

Fisherman Sakaldev Mahaldar started scaring people and playing with snakes. The fisherman played with the snake in his hand for two hours. Suddenly the snake’s mouth came to Sakaldev’s hand and it bit him. When the family members got the news of the snake bite, they rushed to the hospital after exercising him, and the doctors declared 50-year-old Sakal Dev dead.
