A shocking incident has happened in Nimbut village of Baramati taluka. It is reported that a person was injured in the sudden firing by a racing bull. This sensational incident happened on Thursday night. The injured person’s name is Ranjit Nimbalkar and he is a resident of Phaltan. Gautam Kakde and Ranjit Nimbalkar had a quick deal. When Ranjit Nimbalkar went to bring back the bulls, a fire broke out in which Nimbalkar got injured. He is undergoing treatment. After this incident, there has been an uproar in the village and the police have registered a case and started investigating the matter. Also, in this case, Gaurav Kakde, former president of Someshwar Factory Shahji Kakde and his son Gautam Kakde have been detained by the police for questioning.
What happened
The firing took place in Nimbut in Baramati taluka. The dispute escalated over handling a racing bull and an angry Kakade is believed to have opened fire. Ranjit Nimbalkar was seriously injured in the firing. After the incident, Ankita Ranjit Nimbalkar filed a complaint and on the basis of this complaint, the police have registered a case of attempt to murder. A case has been registered against Gautam Shahji Kakade, Gaurav Shahji Kakade and three unidentified persons.
According to information received from the police, Ranjit Nimbalkar had bought the Sarja bull from Gautam Kakde of Nimbut for Rs 61 lakh a year ago. Then on June 24, Gautam Shahji Kakde bought a bull named Sundar from Ranjit Nimbalkar for Rs 37 lakh. This time Gautam Kakde had paid Rs 5 lakh first. But his remaining Rs 32 lakh was yet to come. Meanwhile, the transaction was done, on the same day Gautam Kakde took the Sundar bull to his house in Khatav Nimbut. When Nimbalkar went to bring the remaining money, an argument broke out between them. Ranjit Nimbalkar was shot over this dispute. The police is conducting further investigation in this regard. Ranjit Nimbalkar is undergoing treatment in a private hospital.
