A devotee’s bike ran over a chicken in Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki. Enraged by this, the three devotees were brutally beaten. As soon as the information was received, the Mohammadpur Khala police detained two people from the spot. The police are interrogating him. The injured have been sent to Suratganj CHC for treatment.
In-charge inspector Anil Singh said that the video of the fight has also surfaced. Based on which two people have been detained. Their names are Atiq and Kamaruddin, residents of Kedaripur Lalpur Karouta. Other accused involved in the fight are being identified.
The bike ran over the chicken
The victims said that they were going to Mahadev shouting slogans of Bam-Bam Bhole. Meanwhile, his bike ran over a chicken. After this some people from the Muslim party started beating him and then beat him. One of the victims is also a panchayat member.
Seeing the commotion, the locals came to intervene, but the accused did not listen to them and beat up the bike-riding youth. The video of the attack is also going viral. Police reached on information and arrested two people.

Police said Pradyum and Krishna Kumar Chauhan, residents of Gaighat village of Mohammadpur Khala police station, were going on a bike to offer water to Mahadev. Then a chicken collided with a bike near Kedaripur Lalpur Karuta village. Enraged by the injury to the hen, dozens of people belonging to the Muslim party beat up two youths named Pradyum and Krishna Kumar. Saroj Verma, an area panchayat member of Parvatpur village who came to his rescue, was also beaten up, Inspector Anil Singh said, adding that a case has been registered and two people have been arrested.
