Not agreeing to keep security personnel inside

It has been learned that the former Maharashtra Chief Minister has rejected proposals to deploy additional security personnel inside his house in Delhi, change the vehicle he uses to travel to the capital and deploy two security personnel inside his vehicle. As part of security measures, the height of the boundary wall of Pawar’s residence in Delhi was also to be increased.

An important meeting was held on Friday

Sharad Pawar gave his suggestions to representatives of security agencies (CRPF and Delhi Police) in a meeting on Friday. Representatives of Delhi Fire Service, Central Public Works Department, New Delhi Municipal Council and Union Home Ministry were also present in this meeting.

Sources said that after an assessment recommended strengthening Pawar’s security, the Union Home Ministry asked the CRPF to provide him with Z-plus security. 55 armed CRPF jawans have been appointed for this work.
