Maha Vikas will form the Aghadi government
Sharad Pawar said that talks are going on about the distribution of seats in Maha Vikas Aghadi. All the parties have staked their claims, but the ability to win the election of the candidates is the only qualification and who will have the ability to win the seat. He will get that seat. Maha Vikas Aghadi consists of Congress, NCP (SP) and Shiv Sena (UBT) led by Uddhav Thackeray.
Sharad Pawar said that no party can contest elections alone. All have to contest elections together and give seats to other allies and all have to work together. The opposition will have to form the government at some cost.
Only winners will get tickets
He said that the three MVAs will take the opinion of each party worker on the original candidate for a particular seat and the candidate will be decided only on the basis of consensus. A survey is being conducted by the party in each taluk to select candidates.
Pawar said that leaders of political parties can take their own decisions, but activists are directly connected with the people. Of those who have left us, not even a handful will be re-elected.
He said that after the good performance in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, there is a lot of expectation from the party workers, but all the allies also need to work in coordination.
