The girl’s parents were shocked
According to the police officer, the accused took the girl to a secluded place and raped her. And after this he ran away from the spot. The accused lured the girl with chocolate and took her to a deserted place outside the village in the afternoon. There he raped her. The girl started suffering unbearable pain and reached home crying.
Seeing the child crying, the parents asked the reason, but she was still crying. Then the parents thought that something might have happened to the girl. The two took their daughter to a nearby hospital, where it was discovered that the girl had been molested. After this, the girl’s parents were shocked. He lodged a complaint at Titwala police station.
The court sent the accused to police remand
Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, a case has been registered against the accused under BNS and POCSO. The police arrested the accused yesterday on the charge of raping a minor. After this he was produced in court. Where the court has sent the accused to police custody till September 6. The police questioned the accused and conducted further investigation.
