A tricolor procession was taken out in Surendra Nagar

The Tiranga Yatra that started in Gujarat’s Surendra Nagar has come under controversy. This tricolor yatra was taken out by the children of Jamshani Primary School of Chotila taluka. These children were dressed in saffron and their t-shirts had pictures of Vir Savarkar and Subhash Chandra Bose instead of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel. On getting the information, the Congress leaders not only stopped the Tiranga Yatra midway but also made all the children take off their T-shirts.

Soon the issue became politicized and the police registered cases under various sections of the Indian Penal Code against the Congress leaders. State Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi has also reacted strongly to this incident. He wrote on his social media that taking off the T-shirts of children participating in the Tiranga Yatra is not only reprehensible but also extremely shameful.

A Triranga Yatra was taken out in Surendra Nagar

He said that a case is being registered against the accused leaders for insulting Veer Savarkar and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose under relevant sections and the matter is being investigated. Let us tell you that on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Triranga Yatra is being conducted across the country for many days. Along with this tricolor campaign is being run in every house. In the same order, such programs are being organized at various places in Surendra Nagar, Gujarat. On Wednesday, the children of Chotila taluk’s Jamshani school also took out the Tricolor Yatra.

For this, the school management gave special t-shirts to the children who participated in the yatra. This saffron colored t-shirt had pictures of Veer Savarkar with Subhash Chandra Bose. On learning about this, Congress leaders raised strong objections. He said that a conspiracy is being hatched in the country and in Gujarat to deny the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel. Congress leader Lalji Desai said that the mentality of these people has been revealed by placing the picture of Vir Savarkar instead of Gandhiji and Sardar Patel on the t-shirts of the children participating in the Tiranga Yatra.
