A minor pregnant woman has committed suicide in Vidisha of Madhya Pradesh. Her lover was blamed for her death. The police arrested the lover and produced him in the court. He was sent to jail. When the body of the deceased was taken for post-mortem, one hand was clenched. Everyone was shocked when the doctors opened his fist for postmortem. The court granted bail to the lover based on what was written on the palm of the deceased.
Gwalior Bench of MP High Court granted relief and bail to the accused lover in the case of suicide of minor pregnant woman. Because, during the postmortem of the minor deceased, the doctor found writing on her palm that she was dying because of one of her brothers. Based on this evidence, the accused applied for bail in the High Court. After this, Justice Anita Yadav granted bail to the accused after hearing the entire matter.
He committed suicide on June 6
The whole matter is of Vidisha district. Where a minor pregnant woman committed suicide on June 6. After this, the mother of the deceased lodged a complaint in the police station. In the complaint given to the police, the mother of the deceased said that the accused Amit Sahu came to her house on June 4 and forced her to marry her daughter, but the daughter did not agree. Amit threatened to kill the siblings and left.
After this, tired of the mental torture, her daughter took the fatal step of suicide. On the complaint of the minor’s family, the police registered an FIR against Amit Sahu under sections of abetment to suicide, made him an accused and arrested him only 24 hours after the incident. Accused Amit Sahu is in jail since June 10.
A suicide note was found on the palm during the post mortem
When a postmortem was conducted in a case of suicide of a minor, the doctor saw what was written on his hand. They took his photo and it was included in the post-mortem report. The suicide note written on the palm of the deceased minor does not mention the accused Amit Sahu anywhere. It is clearly written that she is dying due to being beaten by her brother.
Tired of his brother’s torture, the lawyer committed suicide
Petitioner’s lawyer Rahul Bansal said that Amit had to come and go to the house of the deceased and because of this the brother of the deceased used to torture him mentally. Because of this, the minor committed suicide after getting tired of his brother’s torture. In such a situation, the lawyer of the accused Amit placed all these evidences before the High Court and sought bail, on which the High Court granted relief by considering all the facts. But the hearing of the case will continue.
However, in the entire case, the police found a suicide note written on the hand of the deceased and his younger sister, who was sleeping with him in the room, denied that accused Amit June had come home in her police statement. 4 and threatened her. However, the police filed an FIR against Amit Sahu under the pressure of the family members. In such a situation, ignoring the theory of the police, the Gwalior bench of the High Court has granted bail to the accused as a relief.
