Kashi Vishwanath Temple
Lord Vishwanath’s court has opened for the people of Kashi. People of Kashi will be able to directly enter Baba’s Darbar from 4 AM on Tuesday. They can participate in Sparsh Darshan from 4 to 5 AM and Zanki Darshan of Bholenath from 4 to 5 PM. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple Administration has given a great gift to the people of Varanasi by providing this facility. The people of Banaras have been demanding this for a long time. Divisional Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma has issued an order in this regard.
Divisional Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma reached Vishwanath Dham on Sunday to review the arrangements made for the facilities and security of visitors during the Sawan. Meanwhile, he held a meeting with the officials and considered this long-standing demand of the local people. In this meeting it was decided that the gates of Kashi should be opened for the people of Kashi from Tuesday. The people of Kashi will be allowed to enter the temple through this Kashi Dwar.
Darshan for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening
Provision was made that the people of Kashi would be allowed one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening for Sparsha and Tableau Darshan. However, this facility will not be available on Mondays and special occasions of Shavan. The gate of Kashi will be kept closed on this occasion. After the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner made it clear that only those who have Kashi Aadhaar card, voter ID card or any other identity card including driving license will be allowed to enter through Kashi Gate.

For the convenience of the devotees of Kashi, the temple administration has for the first time opened gate no. 4 has been decided to give an entry from Medagin first. For this, an entry gate has been constructed at Gate 4-A (Via Silko Gully). Apart from this, Gate no. Gate 4-B (Kashi Gate) has been constructed for entry from Godaulia side next to 4. Along with this, to reduce the pressure at the Saraswati Gate entrance, for the first time, a queue has been arranged to manage the extra crowd at the ramp located at Saraswati Park. Said that the facility of live darshan and worship of Kashi Vishwanath will also be available.
