Hemant Soren government in Jharkhand has made a big announcement for lawyers. About 30,000 lawyers in the state will be given medical insurance worth Rs 5 lakh. Apart from this, it has also been announced to give them a stipend of 5000 rupees per month. At the same time, lawyers will also get a monthly pension of Rs 14,000 per month after the age of 65.
The cabinet of Hemant Soren government has taken this decision regarding the state lawyers. After this decision, a large number of lawyers reached the Jharkhand ministry and thanked Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The Soren government cabinet has now increased the monthly pension from Rs 7,000 to Rs 14,000 to lawyers who surrender their license after the age of 65 through the Advocates Welfare Fund. At the same time, newly licensed lawyers will also get Rs 5000 as stipend. Along with this, the government has now taken a major decision in the cabinet to provide free health insurance facility up to 5 lakh rupees to lawyers.
63 proposals were approved in the cabinet meeting
A total of 63 proposals were approved in the Council of Ministers meeting held at the Jharkhand Ministry under the chairmanship of CM Hemant Soren. Important announcements for advocates are also made in these proposals. After this announcement of the government, the atmosphere of the Jharkhand ministry changed. Lawyers arrived to welcome Chief Minister Hemant Soren to the beat of drums. Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that today’s decision is a historic decision. Jharkhand Government is working for the interest of all sections. At the same time, Jharkhand government minister Banna Gupta said that we have now linked state lawyers with health insurance.

With medical insurance cover now lawyers can go to good hospitals and get their treatment. Lawyers across the state are happy with the decision to provide Rs 14,000 monthly pension to lawyers after the age of 65.
