The main opposition party in the state, RJD, is giving its organization an edge, the party is not faring like this, in fact, the party has performed better in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections than in 2019. Party leader Tejashwi Yadav has also understood this and is saying this from almost every platform. He says that the party has to be strengthened up to the booth level so that his party can succeed in forming the government in the next assembly.
In fact, the party has been holding regular meetings with its various auxiliary organizations and cells, meetings of the most backward, medical, minority, farmer and teachers cells of the party have been held. If party sources are to be believed, apart from this, several other cell meetings are to be held in the coming days. Tejashwi Yadav has participated in all these meetings along with the top leaders of the party and Tejashwi Yadav has given victory mantra to his leaders and workers. Tejashwi has said in almost all these cell meetings that there will be no mistakes in the upcoming assembly elections, so everyone has to work hard.
There are about half a dozen cells.
Senior spokesperson of the party Ejaz Ahmed says that in the coming days the party is also going to hold meetings of other cells like SC/ST cell, Panchayati Raj cell, intellectuals, ex-servicemen etc., in which top leaders will be present. The party will participate. Along with the heads of all these cells, the number of members has also increased. If they inform the common people about the policies of the party, it will directly benefit them in the upcoming elections. According to him, there are around 17 cells of RJD, the schedule of all of them is being fixed, according to which all of them will meet soon.

Tejashwi tries his best to raise every issue in the party organizations that have met so far. Due to which he feels that his party will benefit in the upcoming elections. While Tejashwi raised the issue of providing jobs during his tenure, he also raised the issue of the Wakf Board, which has become the center of politics in the country, in the minority cell meeting.
Try to cheer up
In fact, Tejashwi does not fail to point out that his party did not win a single seat in the 2020 Lok Sabha elections, but then managed to form the government in the state in the next year’s elections. He also says that despite having zero seats, he managed to form a government, this time with four seats in the Lok Sabha. Recently in the meeting of the minority cell, he clearly said that four seats have been won this time, if the workers make sacrifices then the next government will be the government of RJD.
Along with the various cell meetings, the party is also being reviewed, with spokesperson Ejaz Ahmad saying that despite hard work in the last Lok Sabha elections, the party did not get the expected success. The party is also reviewing with the district president of that Lok Sabha constituency, district in-charge general secretary, former candidates as well as state officials and cell presidents of the respective districts.
The meeting fills the workers with enthusiasm
Chittaranjan Gagan, senior spokesperson of the party, says that the cell’s programs are continuous, every day there is some meeting in which the leaders of the state leadership or the national leadership come. This gives enthusiasm to the activists and the elections are near, the Bihar assembly elections are to be held. Before the elections, whatever the cell, whatever the affiliates, dialogue is necessary to get people in the election mood and energize them.
Many cell meetings have been held, in which our national president has also blessed, says Gagan. Tejashwi Yadav has also addressed, state president is present in all the meetings, it brings new enthusiasm and establishes dialogue among the workers. In every booth we are operating where we are seen to be in a weak position, we have not got the votes as expected. The party is working towards forming strong committees at each booth.
RJD is busy preparing for elections
Senior journalist Sanjay Upadhyay says, RJD is in election mode, it is busy preparing for elections. Earlier the party used to talk about my equation, but now it wants to expand the scope of this equation. He further said that in any assembly constituency where the number of forward voters is high, the RJD can give a chance to candidates of the same caste. RJD’s biggest concern is Seemanchal, an area dominated by strong Yadav leaders, including Pappu Yadav and Vijendra Prasad Yadav. It is to be noted that these two are not in RJD. In a way RJD has tested this in Rupauli assembly constituency. RJD fears Jan Suraj the most, it is also trying to give an edge to its organization by taking Jan Suraj.
