The front of a disabled person’s house was demolished

A bulldozer has been run over a person’s house in Madhya Pradesh’s Narsinghpur. This house was on NH44. The administration has taken action against encroachment on this highway. Nitish Nema, a man, allegedly complained against the construction of illegal tractor trolleys, hence the front of his house was demolished. Nitish Neman, a disabled person living along NH 44 in Narsinghpur district, continued to be harassed by the administration despite repeated complaints. Nitish lives with his elderly parents and iron trolley manufacturing units operate in the vicinity, which disturbs him due to the loud noise late at night.

He complained several times from the Collector to the Chief Minister, but the work of making tractors and trolleys did not stop or any action was taken. The administration took action to remove encroachment from the side of NH 44, in which the front of Nitish’s house was demolished with a JCB. Nitish has alleged that the action was taken because of his complaint.

Struggle with the financial crisis

Nitish said, I have been complaining against these illegal tractor trolley manufacturing units for two years. 8-10 complaints have also been made on CM helpline, but no action has been taken. On the contrary, a part of my house was demolished. Nitish also said that he has elderly parents and a younger sister at home. Their financial condition is not good and this action has caused them great loss. He says that the administration has taken this step to suppress him, so that he does not complain.

Begged for justice

Nitish said, I have complained to the SP and Collector and demanded an FIR against the SDM. Due to the illegal trolley construction going on near their house, they face a lot of trouble. Due to which their daily work is affected. He faces difficulty in sleeping every day, but no one listened to him, so now he has appealed to the administration to take action and get justice for himself.

The official said that the matter has been taken cognizance of the complaint. Notices have been sent to all the officials involved in the proceedings and they have been asked to speed up the investigation in the matter, so that action can be taken against the culprits.
