Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 31.05 degrees Celsius today. This reduction after such a long time is showing happiness on people’s faces. Now they have got relief from scorching heat. Light to moderate rain may occur throughout the day today. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the capital is likely to be 38.28 degrees Celsius.

Currently, the country is seeing some relief from the intense heat that has been going on for the past several days. Today there was rain in many places with lightning and thunder. Apart from this, strong winds also blew in many places. Delhi, the capital of the country, has been suffering from heat wave for the past several days. However, news of relief has come from the Meteorological Department. According to IMD, rain and thundershowers are likely in Delhi today i.e. from June 23 to June 29, due to which people hope to get relief from the heat.

What will the temperature be?

According to the Meteorological Department, the chances of the heat wave continuing for the next one week are very low, so how can it be said that the people of Delhi can at least breathe a sigh of relief in the coming week. According to the IMD, the maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to hover between 39 to 42 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 28 to 31 degrees Celsius throughout this week. Apart from this, the usual date of arrival of monsoon in Delhi is 30th June. Although it has happened many times before this date that Monsoon has reached the national capital, but looking at the circumstances this time, it can be said that Monsoon may reach Delhi by June 29-30.

Badra will also dominate the areas adjacent to Delhi

As for the rest of the areas adjacent to Delhi, today in Noida sun, shade and Badra are playing hide and seek between each other. The weather is pleasant for some time with light to moderate rains, while Noida’s weather may change from June 26, according to the Meteorological Department. Noida is likely to experience light rain with thundershowers from June 26 to 29. Besides, according to the IMD, maximum temperature in Noida is expected to hover between 38 to 42 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature around 26 to 28 degrees Celsius throughout this week.
