After the results of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, there is a discussion about the Faizabad seat of Uttar Pradesh. The reason for this is that Ayodhya and Ram Mandir are coming in the same assembly constituency. Many claims are being made on social media about the defeat of BJP in this constituency. However, the reason for BJP’s defeat in Ayodhya has finally come to the fore. The party reviewed the defeat here. A big reason has come to light from this review report. The reason for the defeat in Ramnagari is the statement of BJP candidate from Faizabad and former MP Lallu Singh. It has been said in this report that the party has suffered a huge loss due to this.

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, more than the distance of BJP from majority, the party’s defeat in Faizabad seat was discussed. The report said that behind the defeat in Ram Nagar, the statement of BJP candidate from Faizabad and former MP Lallu Singh caused huge damage to the party. Lallu Singh had given a statement of changing the Constitution. The report said that as a result, Dalit votes went to the account of BJP.

Lallu Singh gave a statement on constitutional amendment while clarifying BJP’s slogan of crossing 400. His video went viral on social media. In which he said that ‘a government of 272 is formed. But a government of 272 cannot amend the constitution. More than two-thirds majority is required to make a new constitution. His statement shocked the Kurmi and Maurya votes and they voted against the BJP.

In the BJP’s review report, Lallu Singh’s statement has been considered dangerous for the party. It is believed that his statement has strengthened the opposition parties’ claim that the BJP is ending reservation among Dalit voters. Along with this, issues like paper leak were also cited as an important reason. Paper leak emerged as a big problem among the youth of Uttar Pradesh.
