Eight people, including two women, were killed while 18 others were injured in a horrific road accident in Pindwara area of ​​Rajasthan’s Sirohi district on Sunday night. The police said that the accident occurred due to a collision between a big jeep (Tufan) and a truck.

According to Pindwara Police Station Officer Hamir Singh, the accident took place near Pindwara Cantal Pulia on the Udaipur-Palanpur highway. He said a jeep going in the wrong direction collided with a truck, resulting in the death of eight people.

According to Hamar Singh, the people who lost their lives in the accident included five men, one child and two women. Apart from this, 18 people have also been injured. He said all the casualties were traveling in a jeep (Tufan Cruiser). The injured are undergoing treatment at a nearby hospital.
