People in Delhi NCR have been suffering from scorching heat for two days. It has become difficult to sit anywhere without a cooler-AC. However, there is hope for some relief today. Similarly, rain is likely in most parts of Uttar Pradesh today. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued rain warnings in more than ten districts from Noida to Ballia and Gorakhpur to Chitrakoot. According to the Meteorological Department, in the next two days i.e. Sunday and Monday, rain may occur not only in Uttar Pradesh, but also in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Goa, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand. Jammu-Kashmir and Haryana-Punjab may also receive rain.
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for all these states. According to the Meteorological Department officials, people will get relief from humidity and heat these two days due to rain. People will have a good day due to rain on a holiday i.e. Sunday. According to the Meteorological Department, there are going to be many changes in the weather in the next 48 hours. According to the IMD report, the weather will remain unstable in Uttar Pradesh for the next two days. Meanwhile, light rain may occur in some districts and heavy rain may occur at some places.
Rain in Noida-Ghaziabad from 3rd to 5th September
However, sunny and humid conditions will also persist with some relief. According to this report, rain is likely from Noida to Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. Similarly rain is likely in Prayagraj, Ambedkar Nagar, Sitapur, Hathras, Kaushambi, Bulandshahr, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh and Ballia. Similarly, many districts of western Uttar Pradesh, including Noida, Ghaziabad, are likely to receive heavy rainfall from September 3 to 5.

According to weather monitoring website Skymet Weather, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Vidarbha, Marathwada and Madhya Pradesh are likely to experience moderate to heavy rain today. Similarly, apart from Karnataka and Andaman Nicobar Islands, North-East India is also likely to receive good rain today. According to this report of the Meteorological Department, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu besides some parts of Kerala, Lakshadweep, Maharashtra, South Gujarat, East Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand may experience light rain.
