Indian Railways recently recruited more than 8 thousand posts, including Station Master, Goods Train Manager and Clerk etc. Now railway has made many changes in this recruitment notification, which is very important for candidates to know about. In fact, there were some mistakes made in the notification by the Railways, which have now been rectified. This also includes changes in the size, format and website of the candidate’s photo and signature.
In the original notification issued by Railways regarding NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment, on page no. 3, the last date for form correction was shown as 13 October 2024, which has now been changed to 25 October 2024. While in the original notification, candidates were asked to upload their scanned photograph in JPEG format between 20 to 50 KB, while the signature photograph was asked to upload in JPEG format between 10 to 40 KB, but now with a change, the photo size is between 30 to 70 KB. is kept in between and the size of the size is also kept the same.
Upload the certificate in PDF format
Apart from this, reserved category candidates were earlier asked to upload the certificate in JPEG format, but now it has been said that the certificate will have to be uploaded in PDF format, the size of which can be up to 500 KB. Not only this, the notification at one place had erroneously printed level 0 for the post of Station Master, which has now been corrected to level 6. Also, the website address has also been revised. Earlier the notification used to read www.rrbsiliguri.org, which has now been revised to www.rrbsiliguri.gov.in.

Also changes in reserved seats
At the same time, the reserved seats for the posts of Chief Commercial/Ticket Supervisor, Senior Clerk/Typist, Goods Train Manager and Junior Account Assistant/Typist have also been changed. Railways will be recruiting for a total of 8,113 posts, for which the application form will be available from September 21 and the last date to apply is October 20, 2024.
