Railway Mega Block: Mega block on Central and Harbor lines on Sunday

Mega block will be taken on 23rd June 2024 for various engineering and maintenance works on Central Railway. This megablock will be taken on up and down slow route from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai to Vidyavihar from 10.55 am to 3.25 pm. Due to this, down slow services departing from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai (CSMT) from 10.48 am to 3.24 pm will be diverted to down fast route between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai and Vidyavihar stations. During this time, slow line trains will stop at Baikal, Paral, Dadar, Matunga, Shiva and Kurla stations and will be diverted further on the slow line.

Up slow line services leaving Ghatkopar from 10.41 am to 3.10 pm will be diverted on Up fast line between Vidya Vihar and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai stations. These services will halt at Kurla, Siva, Matunga, Dadar, Paral and Byculla stations.

Thane local leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 10.18 am will be the last local on Dn slow route before the block.

Asangaon local leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 3.32 pm will be the first local after the block.

The last local before the block for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai is Badlapur local leaving Kalyan at 9.13 am. The first local after the block for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai is Kalyan local leaving Kalyan at 2.33 pm.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Chunabhatti/Bandra Down Harbour route from 11.40 am to 4.40 pm and Chunabhatti/Bandra-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai Up Harbour route from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm

Down Harbour route services to Vashi / Belapur / Panvel departing from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai / Wadala Road will remain suspended between 11.16 am and 4.47 pm. Down Harbour route services to Bandra / Goregaon departing from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai will remain suspended from 10.48 am to 4.43 pm.

Up Harbour route services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving from Panvel/Belapur/Vashi from 9.53 am to 3.20 pm and Up Harbour route services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai leaving from Goregaon/Bandra from 10.45 am to 5.13 pm will remain closed.

Down on the Harbor Trail: Before the Block

Last local to Panvel will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 11.04 am before the block. Last local to Goregaon will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 10.22 am.

After the block, the first local train for Panvel will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 04.51 pm. Bandra Terminus after the block

The first local will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 04.56 pm.

On the Up Harbor route:

The last local before the block for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai will leave from Panvel at 09.40 am. The last local before the block for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai will leave from Bandra at 10.20 am. The first local after the block for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai will leave from Panvel at 03.28 pm. The first local after the block will leave from Goregaon for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai at 04.58 pm.

Special services will run between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Kurla and Panvel-Vashi sections during the block period.

During the block period, passengers on Harbour route are allowed to travel from Thane-Vashi/Nerul station from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
