Pune: An abandoned bag has been found in Pune’s Shaniwarwada. This has created a stir and the Shaniwarwada area has been evacuated. Police and bomb detection teams have reached Shaniwar Wada after receiving information. A search has been launched.

A bomb detection and disposal squad has reached the spot. According to reports, around 9.30 am, the police received a call about an abandoned bass in front of Shaniwar Wada. The police then called in a bomb detection team after the unclaimed bag was found. The bomb detection team has since launched an investigation.

A large number of people had come to see The Saturday Palace as Saturday was a holiday. However, the incident caused a stir. Police have evacuated all the tourists from the palace on Saturday. The area has been cordoned off and bomb detection and disposal teams are doing their job.
