Amritpal Singh’s brother Harpreet Singh arrested
Harpreet Singh, brother of Lok Sabha MP and Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh from Shri Khadoor Sahib, has been arrested by the Dehat Police with ice (drugs) from Jalandhar district of Punjab. Information has been received from sources that the police have recovered about 5 grams of ice from Harpreet Singh.
Jalandhar Dehat Police SSP Ankur Gupta has confirmed the arrest of MP’s brother Harpreet Singh. Regarding the arrest, he said that soon we will share the information with the media. He further said that we have arrested Harpreet Singh. We have captured the ice from them. He did not say how many drugs have been seized so far.
Amritpal Singh’s brother was arrested by rural police from Phillaur in Jalandhar. According to sources, DSP Phillaur arrested Harpreet last Thursday night. However, it is yet to be confirmed whether Harpreet was intoxicated at the time of arrest.
