Shameful act of Principal Incharge of GNM Training Institute located in Betia district of Bihar has been seen. The picture of in-charge principal Manish Jaiswal drinking alcohol inside the office has surfaced. It is alleged that the principal makes liquor himself and keeps a bottle of liquor on the table in the office. Now the students of GNM College have written a letter to the Chief Minister and the Health Minister with the photos of all these malpractices of the Principal.
The students said in the letter – Chief Minister, you are in favor of liquor ban. Then why action is not taken against such principals? The students of Betiya GNM Training Institute are forced to live in fear of their drunken in-charge principal. We attached all the photos and also informed the department. However, no action was taken. However, the Betiya Civil Surgeon was ordered to investigate the complaint but no action has been taken so far, due to which the aggrieved students are now writing to the Chief Minister pleading.

Order of confidential investigation
The nursing students informed the department about this by showing the pictures of the misconduct of the in-charge principal. After the complaint of the students, Director Head Nursing Dr. Sunil Kumar Jha ordered the Civil Surgeon of Betia to investigate the matter. After the investigation, Betiya CS also sent his report holding the in-charge guilty. But, surprisingly, no action has been taken against the in-charge principal yet. Many pictures of this misdeed of the in-charge have also gone viral.
