After the results of the Lok Sabha elections, Uttar Pradesh BJP is in turmoil. Keshav Prasad Maurya’s second meeting with JP Nadda within 48 hours is in the news. Many kinds of speculations are being made. The political uproar in Delhi escalated when UP Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and state president Bhupendra Chaudhary arrived at the BJP headquarters. Both the leaders met BJP president JP Nadda.
Keshav Prasad Maurya and Bhupendra Chaudhary’s move to Delhi has many political implications. There is a huge tension between the state government and the organization. Keshav Prasad Maurya called the organization bigger than the government in the meeting of the working committee. However, according to sources, BJP president JP Nadda discussed the state’s electoral equations during the meeting with both the UP leaders.
Organized to motivate the workers
Equations for the upcoming by-elections to 10 seats in the state were discussed and strategies were devised to do better in any scenario. According to information received, BJP is planning election strategy to win 7 out of 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh by-elections. National President Nadda held a meeting with Keshav Maurya and Bhupendra Chaudhary regarding this.
The meeting also discussed about instilling enthusiasm among the party workers in UP and boosting the morale of grassroots workers. According to sources, JP Nadda’s meeting with Keshav Prasad Maurya and Bhupendra Yadav was pre-planned and not an impromptu meeting. Nadda had a one-to-one meeting with CM Yogi during the UP executive meeting, while the meeting with Keshav Prasad Maurya and Bhupendra Yadav was pending and scheduled to be held on the same day.
CM Yogi called a meeting regarding the by-election
CM Yogi Adityanath has called a meeting of ministers at 11 am today regarding the by-elections to be held on 10 seats here. The meeting will be held at Chief Minister’s Residence, 5 Kalidas Marg. Allied party leaders Ashish Patel and Sanjay Nishad have also been called in this meeting. In the meeting, CM Yogi will take feedback from all the ministers and discuss the future strategy. In the meeting held on June 30 before this meeting, Yogi had assigned the duties of ministers in the by-elections to be held on 10 seats.
