After the Kundarki Sisamau Legislative Assembly, the Samajwadi Party has now accused the Muslim BLO of removing the Majwa Assembly and installing non-Muslim BLOs. SP district president Devi Prasad Chaudhary announced the names of removed Muslim BLOs. Also demanded action against the guilty officials. Targeting the BJP, he said that changing BLOs on the basis of religion before by-elections is undemocratic and unconstitutional.
The Samajwadi Party has accused the BJP government of reshuffle of employees and officials before the elections. SP district president Devi Prasad Chaudhary has written a complaint letter and demanded action from the Election Commission. Also targeting the Bharatiya Janata Party government, he said that names of BLOs are being deleted with the connivance of officials. Hence BJP is claiming to win the election. A letter has been written to the Election Commission demanding that if the demand is not met, the election will be boycotted.

A by-election is to be held on the Mazwan assembly seat of Mirzapur. All Muslim BLOs have been removed from Majwa Assembly. A total of 13 BLOs have been removed from Majhwan Assembly. Out of which 11 are Muslims. A letter issued by Deputy District Magistrate Sadar said that Amresh Kumar Dubey has been appointed in place of BLO Asim Izhar posted at East Secondary School VI at booth number 218 for proper conduct of Mazwan assembly by-election. . The election related documents should be collected from the former BLO and made available to the designated BLO, Amresh Kumar Dubey. Also the receipt has to be returned to the office. Appointment letters have been issued to such persons one after the other. No order has been given in writing to the BLO for removal. Where will the new person work in your place?
