IAS Officer Pooja Khedkar
Maharashtra cadre IAS officer Pooja Khedkar’s job is in jeopardy. He may be dismissed. Trainee IAS officer Pooja has been accused of taking jobs fraudulently and abusing her position. Apart from this, he is also accused of concealing facts and making false representations. If all these allegations are found to be true, criminal action may be taken against him.
The central government has constituted a committee to investigate matters related to worship. DoPT Additional Secretary Manoj Dwivedi has started an investigation. The investigation will be completed in two weeks. She can be fired if found guilty. He may even lose his job. Pooja was recently transferred from Pune to Washim due to abuse of office.
