A strange case of theft has come to light in Jalalabad, Punjab. A person’s wallet was stolen here. But the thief was magnanimous and returned the victim’s important documents to her home by post with cash. The victim’s name is Jaswinder Singh. There were seven thousand rupees in the purse. Apart from this, the wallet also had Aadhaar card and PAN card. The thief has sent the victim’s Aadhaar card and PAN card to her home through post.
The victim, Jaswinder Singh, is a resident of Ghanga Kalan village in Jalalabad. According to Jaswinder, the thief did not return the Rs 7,000 kept in the purse, but he did return the documents. Jaswinder said that he had gone to Sri Amritsar Sahib a few days ago. Meanwhile, someone stole her purse. He was worried. Did a lot of searching, but couldn’t find the purse.
The victim said
Jaswinder said that he came to Ghanga Kalan immediately after the purse theft incident. He also told the family about the theft. He was most disturbed by the fact that his important documents had been stolen. Now he has to apply again for making a new Aadhaar card and PAN card.
The envelope arrived at home by mail
According to Jaswinder, a few days after the purse theft incident, an envelope arrived in the mail at her home. Inside the envelope were his Aadhaar card and PAN card. He was happy to see this. Maybe the thief showed some humanity and returned his documents. Jaswinder thanked the thief for not reporting the matter to the local police station. The news is going viral on social media, with some praising the thief for showing humanity. At the same time, many people believe that theft is a crime. A police complaint should have been made about this.
