Police in Bihar’s Gaya district, notorious for illegal arms, have achieved a major breakthrough. On a tip-off about an arms deal, the police reached the Chatar Ghat graveyard and raided a house where country-made pistols and guns were being manufactured and sold. The police arrested 3 people involved in the operation from the spot and seized many finished and some half-made weapons and parts. The police seized all the weapons from the spot and produced the accused in the court, from where all have been sent to jail in judicial custody.
SSP Anwar Javed Ansari held a press conference regarding this achievement of Chakand Police Station of the district. Said that information was received from an informer that there is going to be an illegal arms deal near the cemetery. On this information, the SSP formed a special team headed by the Additional Superintendent of Police and directed to conduct the raid. When the team reached Chatraghat graveyard, they saw some people trying to escape here and there. After this, the police laid siege and arrested three people.
Gun factory exposed
His identity is Mohammad. Arman, Mohammad. Golden and Vipin Vishwakarma. The police have recovered a country-made pistol and two motorcycles from the accused. After this, the police interrogated the accused intensively. Meanwhile, it was revealed that the three accused had jointly opened a small gun factory in Abagila. In this factory he assembles country-made pistols and guns from car steerings and other items and then sells them. After this explanation, the police team reached the factory of the accused.

From where the police recovered one country-made pistol, one semi-made country-made pistol, one grinder machine, one hand vice machine, seven sanders, sixteen springs of different sizes, two semi-made pistol triggers, one ring, two A pistol, thirteen grinder blades, six iron sheets, three barrel gauges and a finder wrench were recovered. In the same sequence, at the instance of accused Armaan, the police recovered a single barrel country-made gun, 66 cartridges of 12 bore and 190 cartridges of 315 bore from Chatraghat.
